I was hoping for some handy tips on dust removal from under a watch crystal. When doing maintenance / regulation on my watches I always seem to get tiny dust particles on the underneath of the watch glass. I pretty much only have watches with sapphire glass. After the initial cleaning they seem a little better and dust doesn't cling quite as much. But, it is still necessary to use a lens dust blower to get the remaining specs off. Blow the inside of the case as well, and then install the crystal. Just bought this skx013 a few days back. Terrific watch! Just a few moments ago, I noticed some weird smudge on the dial. I thought it would go away with a good wipe but upon further inspection, it seems to be inside the watch. Is this condensation or dust? How can I .
I have a replica AP dive watch that my son gave me a few years ago that had a tiny dust bunny under the crystal. How frustrating to find out that you can’t contact the AP Replica factory or utilize the warranty which was 3 feet or 3 minutes on a knock off such as this.
